That's standard operating procedure for Validating Local Cache on any game - it will *always* return "1 file failed to Validate and will be re-downloaded". If you see *more* than 1 file failing to Validate, that's a problem. #2.The one file is the config file. It will always be changed from default if you start the loader. If this is all you're getting then the file validation completed successfully. Keep in mind that file validation *does not remove* files.
