Sturgia gets their super heavy Shock Trooper and Veteran Infantry which are at the end of their line. IMO Battania is one of the best factions in the game, easily number 2 behind the Kkan's.Noble troops do not appear with enough consistency or numbers in the base game to make them a core part of an army.
