The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them. 1) Subtract the mean from your score. 2) Divide that number by the SD (10) to find the z score. 3) Convert the z-score to a percentile using a z score to percentile calculator online.
