The company before was owned by clinician s and psychiatrists, now the CEO is not a clinician but a company man and it shows by the way the employees and patients are treated. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back. There is no compensation for writing notes, answering emails or any of the several other aspects that come with clinical work.
