Yes- the p320 has been fixed, and it's been proven via testing on video. In addition, there's a complete absence on the internet of even a single complaint of an upgraded/post-production p320 firing when dropped, and there's an entire army of people who'd jump at the chance to prove Sig wrong- but the p320 is NOT failing.

Maybe they are similar, but that's like saying a Glock and Sig are the "same" because both are striker fired pistols.
