Alot of people seem to like the tx22 but I just couldn't bring myself to buy a Taurus. I went with the sig p322, it's optics ready, has fiber optic irons, the magazines are relatively inexpensive and it has higher capacity than the 502 and the tx22. To put my background into perspective, I’m recreational shooter, shooting a mix of 22lr, .390, 9mm and the occasional 12g. I prefer 22lr for its inexpensive and just plain fun qualities.

The tx22 is a fantastic option for the price. I've got big hands and it fits me a lot better then a lot of other .22's on the market. Trigger is surprisingly good.
