Use the little hose to spray a bunch of oil in where the key goes and work the key in and out and try turning on occasion. It may take a few minutes of spray/work key/spray etc for it to free. Neither the fob nor the power lock switches will lock/unlock the driver's side sliding door. You can lock/unlock it manually and it does engage the locking mechanism and works like "normal". 2.Meaning, you can lock/unlock the door with the battery disconnected. That aside, it does sound like something electrical. Maybe the battery is toast. Maybe the master door lock switch is toast (that's part of the door/window switchs in the driver's door).
