Problem is the barkeep doesnt sell any building materials. Any idea where the closest spot is that sells them. The bar closest to the hub doesnt seem to have any either. What you do is buy a house in any town, and then build one of those wall mounted spotlights. Since it is attached to the building you are allowed to build it, but since it is outside the game also marks the area as your new outpost. This basically allows you to just build inside the city.
