I vented on the .380 forum and appreciated reports like yours which gave me hope that my firearm had the potential for becoming reliable, i.e. - that they all were not bad. Otherwise, I would have probably sold it and purchased something else, even though I loved the firearm ... My 1st Micro .380 had problems extracting/ejecting all types of ammo, but especially flat nose ammo. Kimber could not make the problem go away, so they replaced the firearm. The replacement also struggles extracting/ejecting flat nose ammo, but seems to cycle round nose FMJ ammo and XTP hollow points relatively well.
