I got the combo pack of two pillows. I use the smaller one with my 43x and the larger one floats between my g19 and 365 x-macro. All on tenicor holsters, two certum 3 and one certum lux. I'lll likely order a mastermind wedge to permanently live on the certum lux.The Certum 3 should work well for the Commander length slide. I have a Tenicor Velo 4 for mine and I hate it. I'll get a Certum 3 and see if that fixes the issue. Government lengths slides don't work for me, even with a Tenicor holster.
