I finished it quite fast at Helene. You need the quest active and the vessel in your gear. I killed a few juggernauts for the next phase with a different active quest and missed out.

But after the latest update with the Sacred Grove, Juggernaut kills no longer fill the vessel. I've tried killing them solo... but it never counts even when I bring no companions (carrier, kavat, etc).Fulfill the Vessel's Inscription (Sands of Inaros), can't see glyph. So as a follow up, I CAN finally see the blue filling up on the outside of the vessel. When I look at the full screen closeup view (pic 1) I can now see a very faint blue as well. So the glyph is there but extremely hard to see.Enter a mission of each faction with it equipped on your consumables. It can only be one of them at a time.
