I feel genuinely ripped off with the quality of 4g in a static location with fairly consistent signal. Download speeds are pretty sporadic, some days they are decent and others the internet is barely useable. The upload speeds are at times 0.20mbps - AOL was better 20 years ago! Customer service were as mentioned in other reviews ie unhelpful and full of generic suggestions that don't work.
